Cindy Karen is a lifelong entrepreneur, originally hailing from Southern California where she founded and launched her first clothing line, CindyKaren.com.

Inspired by her family’s background in the airport aviation sector, Cindy developed a passion for travel from a young age. Today, she continues to create and sell her line of classic and timeless travel fashion that reaches customers globally.

Cindy’s commitment to philanthropy is fueled by personal experiences, having lost her mother, other family members and several close friends early in life. This motivates her involvement with Cancer Alliance, where she hopes to contribute to life-saving initiatives and expresses her gratitude for the opportunity to make a difference.

Cindy’s philanthropic journey in Palm Beach started where she has deep ties through her best friend, Patricia Reardon. Together, they attended their first Palm Beach charity event at Mar-a-Lago in 1999. Cindy resides in Palm Beach during the fall/winter season with her partner, Dr. Garry Boxer, and shares three daughters. They prioritize family time and celebrate life’s journeys together while balancing their time between Palm Beach, New York City, and summers in the Hamptons.

An accomplished athlete, Cindy was a National Synchronized Swimming competitor in her youth. She remains active through barre classes, yoga, swimming, snow skiing, golf, biking, and Pilates. Passionate about connecting people with similar interests, she enjoys socializing, promoting philanthropy, and spending time on the water sailing and boating in the beautiful surroundings of Palm Beach, which she considers her paradise.
